Privacy policy
Effective Date: October 4, 2018
Introduction
Thank you for visiting this Jaw Lures Corporation website (“Site”). Jaw Lures Corporation (“Jaw Lures”, “we", "us") operates the Site, which has been created to provide information about our company and to offer our online shop to users and customers (“you”). This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we handle personal information. It also lays out the choices you can make about the way we use your information, including personally identifiable information, that we collect from you.
As a reminder, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, including our use of cookies. Your acceptance of both this Privacy Policy and our use of cookies on the Site shall be deemed a blanket acceptance of such Privacy Policy and cookie usage. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you are not authorized to use the Site. This Privacy Policy is a component of the terms of use for the Site.
Information Collected
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide it through a form or other submission (such as a contact form or as part of an order submitted at our online shop) on the Site. Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, either alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address or social security number.
By voluntarily providing us with personally identifiable information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide personally identifiable information, you acknowledge and agree that such personally identifiable information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Jaw Lures and the authorized third parties referred to in this Privacy Policy or the Site’s terms of use.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the online store on the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, information about how you paid (credit card, Paypal, etc.), email address, and phone number.
At this time, we do not process payments or see payment information. These functions are handled by Shopify, a third party which powers our online store.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
When you interact with Jaw Lures through the Site and through our online shop, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information about your device, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Safari, Chrome), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows OS or Mac OS), and your IP address and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Xfinity, Verizon). We also collect information about our visit, such as the pages you visit on the Site. This information cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We use both our own and third parties’ technologies to collect these kinds of non-personally identifiable information.
We use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also use this information in the aggregate to analyze Site usage.
Cookies and Web Beacons
As mentioned above, we collect non-personally identifiable information about your visit and your device using a number of technologies, including:
- Cookies: Cookies are small packets of data stored on your computer that are used by your computer's browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information. We use cookies to understand Site usage and to improve the content and offerings on the Site. You may set your browser to warn you that cookies are in use, or to block the use of cookies. Most browsers are set to accept cookies. If your browser is not set to accept cookies, certain uses of the Site may require you to go to your browser user preferences to enable cookies. Each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. If you change computers, operating systems or browsers, or use multiple computers or browsers, you will need to repeat this process for each computer and each browser. To find out more about cookies (and other kinds of online tracking), please visit www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0042-online-tracking. For more specific information on the cookies we use, please contact us at info@jalwlures.com. You are not authorized to use the services offered on this Site if you do not agree to our use of cookies.
- Web beacons: Web beacons are commonly referred to in the industry as web bugs, pixels, tags or Clear GIFs. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used on the Site, or in our emails to deliver cookies, count visits and determine if an email has been opened and acted upon. For us, they record information about how you use the site.
- Log files: track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- Embedded scripts: An Embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer or other device and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect from the Site.
Information Received from Third Parties
We also are permitted by law to receive information about you from third parties. For example, we may supplement the information we collect with outside public records or third parties may provide information at your request (such as if you choose to sign in to the Site with a third-party service, such as a social media service). If we combine the information we receive from others with information we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our policy is to permit any third-party service providers to obtain only the information they need to provide services.
At this time, Jaw Lures is not in the business of selling your information. This policy is subject to change. We also may share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, or in the following circumstances:

- We may provide such information to certain third-party administrative vendors for efficiency purposes in providing administrative or program management services in connection with any account or profile set up with us. Any third-party vendor so used has agreed to protect the confidentiality of information provided by us.

The aforementioned includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
- We may share your information in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock.
